Spelling creation
are languages of dawn
singing the song
fighting for life
and amidst chaos
we need but keep
boats floating.
Languages of Dawn:
speak of the day ahead,
describe the life we want to live,
gives thanks for what we will have,
makes plans for sustainable living...
But in this day and age,
It's no wonder sometimes Dawn,
never comes.
Singing the Song
of Dawn and God
Are all the creatures of Peace
as Yuletide brings new hope
in fights against crime,
poverty, and ignorance
Fighting for life
are our songs
our poetry
For beauty will usually outlive the mundane
Just as hope overshadows our history
We all aspire to greatness
against adversity.
Amidst chaos
our songs
our poetry
can rally troops to standards
in our most desperate times
surrounded by crime, poverty, and ignorance.
We need but keep
our friendship alive.
For in hearts grace resides
the song of dawn
first sung by Mom
and the rising tide
and the rush of blood
and beating of drums...
whispered in existence ever since.
And in the dawning light
give thanks for what we will have!
And all creatures of Peace
are beauties that will outlive the mundane
as our poetry and songs
glint off, in the rising tides.
